The MIKASA Team — led by Miriam, Karol, and Sasha — serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southwest Florida, including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Pine Island, and Sanibel Island.
Our services include residential real estate transactions, waterfront and Gulf-access property sales, new construction, vacation property advisory, luxury home representation, and real estate investment consulting.

02SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on our website (or opting in by another method we offer), you agree to receive text messages from Mirimar Real Estate & Investments LLC DBA Mirimar. We operate two separate text message programs — one for non-marketing (transactional) communications and one for marketing communications — and each requires its own opt-in consent.
Opt-Out & Support

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
